Acceptance of terms
By booking a shipment with ShipRoute Logistics or creating a ShipRoute account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service scope
ShipRoute provides parcel, freight forwarding, cold chain, and fulfillment services across our global carrier network. Service availability and transit times depend on origin, destination, and customs clearance.
Prohibited items
- Hazardous materials, explosives, and flammable liquids (without prior written approval and the appropriate IMDG / IATA documentation).
- Live animals, perishables outside cold-chain bookings, and human remains.
- Currency, negotiable instruments, and items with a declared value exceeding USD 50,000 per parcel without supplemental insurance.
- Items prohibited by the laws of the origin, transit, or destination country.
Liability
Our standard liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment up to USD 100, or the actual repair / replacement cost — whichever is lower. Higher coverage is available via ShipRoute Protect.
Payment & billing
Charges are due at booking. Account holders may request net-30 invoicing subject to credit approval. Late payments accrue 1.5% interest per month or the maximum allowed by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
